Our History

 

2007

Raingo Checking Fixture was founded in Dongguan China.

 
2015

Raingo had introduced more advanced equipment in this year, focusing more on quality improvement and standard manufacturing process.

Raingo moved to Houjie Town, DongGuan for great advancement.

 
2016

Raingo has established an overseas branch in Indonesia, primarily engaged in the automotive checking fixture business.

 
2017

Raingo has established the second plant in Indonesia, primarily engaged in the automotive welding fixture business.

 
2020

we introduced large-scale CMM inspection equipments, and large CNC machines.

 
2022

Raingo moved to its present location for expansion, total plant area 11000m2. The annual output we can reach is 2500 sets and sales is over 7.80 Million USD. In this year, we established the Cubing fixture Division, which is responsible for the design and manufacturing of Whole Vehicle Master Model-Cubing fixture.

Raingo-Tech Co., Ltd was founded in 2007, headquartered in Dongguan, is a professional automotive checking fixture design, manufacturing, engineering services as one of the technology enterprises, serving the world's major automotive OEMs and auto parts manufacturers, is mainly in Dongguan, China, Changsha, China, and Jakarta, Indonesia, the establishment of four factories, a total of more than 300 employees, with an annual production capacity of nearly 4,000 sets of checking fixture, the company's professional project team to serve overseas projects, the completion of nearly 2,500 sets of overseas projects each year. The company's professional project team serves overseas projects and completes nearly 2600 sets of checking fixtures in overseas projects every year.

For over 18 years we have been designing and building prototype and production SPC Fixtures, Holding Fixtures, CMM Fixtures, Cubing Fixtures for interior or exterior parts for the automotive industries. Our team of highly-skilled design engineers will construct your fixture or gage to the precise specifications of your gage standards or by utilizing our in-house standards based upon the GD&T or drawings.
We can inspect your completed fixture with in-house CMM or Laser Tracker capabilities or send out for a 3rd party certification. Optional Gage R&R's with report are available as well upon request. Our highly trained staff of fixture builders will also provide precise work instructions to simplify operator use in the field.

We build fixtures and gages out of various different materials depending on the function, timing and cost desired by our customer. Product Application

 

 

Checking fixtures are used in manufacturing to verify that products meet required dimensions, tolerances, and quality specifications. They serve as a point-of-reference when inspecting parts during production for accuracy.

Custom Checking fixtures are designed to serve as a comparison platform against which manufacturers can evaluate the work pieces they produce. By simulating final assembly conditions or matching parts, manufacturers are able to gauge whether each part falls within acceptable parameters and assess any discrepancies accordingly.

Checking fixtures are used primarily to detect errors and variations that arise during production, helping companies detect deviations early and reduce waste as well as costly reworks or customer complaints.

Checking fixtures take on various forms depending on their use and complexity, from simple features such as holes or slots that allow quick visual checks to intricate designs with multiple contact points for precise measurements.
